By listing a job offer at Front-Trends Jobs Board, the advertiser agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility and liability

Job listings will be displayed at https://jobs.front-trends.com/. A listing can be removed at any time at the discretion of the organization or as detailed in contractual agreement. You may directly copy job postings listed on other channels, but any language or intentions must adhere to the Front-Trends code of conduct.

Advertiser hereby agrees to submit their business and/or personal data for transaction processing by the organization (Zippy Desk Sp. z o. o., at ul. Lasek Brzozowy 13/68, 02-792 Warszawa, NIP: PL 951-236-39-63, REGON: 146515053) in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on protection of personal data (source: Journal of Laws of 1015, item 2135, as amended).

Payment methods and refund

We accept several methods of payment, including direct bank transfers and electronic payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or automated bank transfers as operated by PayU S. A. and under their terms and conditions. Payment can be made via our online payment form. All purchases are final.

The advertiser can request to stop or resume displaying of a posting at any time. Posting time is calculated as N full days from when it was first displayed, so the duration of a post will continue to expire if removed by request.

In the case that the organization is unable to display the posting for entire period paid for, a refund will be distributed proportionally to the time not displayed.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the buyer authorizes the organization to send VAT invoices electronically (e.g. email).

Formal complaints, refund requests or any other requests that require action by the organization should be sent to jobs@front-trends.com. Inquiries will be answered within 14-business days of submission.
